Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?

Yes. All you need to do is send us an email as soon as possible. (We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.) Be sure to include your name, email address, order confirmation number, if available, and the product you want to cancel. If the shipping process is already complete, refer to our return policy for additional information. Restocking charges may apply.

Can I have a Quote or Pro Forma prepared?

To obtain a Proforma Invoice fax, call, or email your request directly to our international sales office at sales@3sct.com, phone (+)8610-69703797 or fax (+)8610-69703797 ext 1003. Please include your complete billing & shipping address, contact name, phone number, fax number, and email address. Provide product #, product name & quantity. The proforma will be forwarded to you, usually within 24 hours.

Can I place an order from anywhere in the world?

What confirmation will I get?

You automatically receive an email confirmation outlining the details of the order as placed. Our order department will follow up with confirmation of the order number, product lead time if not available from stock, and/or airway bill upon completion of packaging for shipment. Sometimes we need to contact in order to complete the order, most often this is done via email. If you have not received confirmation of the ship date within 24 hrs contact 3SCT at support@3sct.com.

Use of our Product.

All products sold by 3SCT are for Laboratory, Diagnostic Agent or Manufacturing purposes only. They are not intended for Human Drug, Food Additive or Household use. Professional laboratory staff should only handle these Biological products. Confirmation of your university, institute or corporation may be required to process shipment.

Proper storage conditions and handling?

Enzymes may loss their activity because of humidity, increase in temperature, or other unsuitable conditions during storage or upon usage. Refer to the following tips to keep them active.
Proper storage condition
Optimum storage temperature may vary by enzyme form.
Keep the lyophilized form of enzymes in frozen state (-20℃) and liquid form of enzymes in refrigerated state (4℃). Containers should stay unopened.
Provide low humidity and dark environment. Some enzymes may decompose with light.
Upon usage (of lyophilized enzymes)
After taking enzyme container out of freezer, do not open it immediately but have it unopened at room temperature for at least 3hours, which gives the enzyme time to get used to the new condition. Otherwise the enzyme may absorb moisture and lose its activity due to the immediate exposure to rapidly increased temperature. In opening the container, take the following steps to prevent the enzymes from popping out of the container in fluffy shape because the change in temperature may slightly elevate the pressure inside.
(1) Take off the sealing tape attached to the cap.
(2) Slightly loosen the cap and have it for 1-2minutes as it is, which adjusts the pressure.
(3) Remove the cap (and inside cap, if any) slowly.

How do I return product.

If you are not satisfied with our product please contact us at support@3sct.com within 30 days for replacement or refund. A Material Return Authorization Number must be assigned before returning any product. Any annihilation requires our permission. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for replacement shipments. For improper handling and storage we cannot be held responsible.

Application:
Being extracted from various sources of microorganism, animals and plants, 3SCT enzymes are mainly applied to diagnostics use, not to use in human nor animal bodies.

Transportation:
We strive to ship our products within 10 work days of receiving the order. Usually, products that are unstable at room temperature are shipped with blue ice. Product prices do not include shipping fees. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Quality:
A lot specific certificate of analysis may be provided, upon request, with each product ordered. If you are not satisfied with our product please contact us for replacement. Products may not be returned without our approval. Any annihilation requires our permission. For improper handling and storage we cannot be held responsible.
